The size of the headband was much too big for my baby. It still doesn’t fit her at 1 year old.

Stretched when washing before use

Unfortunately I won’t get to use this on my bub when she’s born as this headband stretched so much after washing it before use, as per instructions. It now can fit my head and definitely won’t fit a baby’s head. Quite disappointed about this. Reached out to customer service twice about it already, with pictures too, but they’ve been unresponsive.

We are terribly sorry your headband has washed up like this, we have not been made aware of this happening from any of our other customers.

When a viscose elastane garment is washed in hot or warm water it can cause the fibres to let go so we do recommend a cold delicate machine wash for all of our viscose garments.

We believe that a size XS would be a better size choice for your new baby, and have had one sent out to you.
